- 1c egg white omelet w/italian seasoning -- that's it!
- baked salmon, asparagus, fish oil caps
- oatmeal w/cinnamon and 1 scoop whey protein
TRAINED SHOULDERS/DELTS/LATS/TRICEPS
- 1 scoop waxy maize, 1 scoop whey protein
- dry fried veal with cauliflower, fish oil caps

Sunday June 12th ...

- Coffee, 1L water, fish oil caps
- Preworkout - ground turkey meatloaf, quinoa
TRAINED BACK & ABS
- Postworkout - BCAA's in 1L water
- Pancake with 1/2 c egg whites, 1/2 scoop whey protein, 7 almonds, 1T flax, cinnamon, 1/2 apple, fish oil caps
- turkey breast, cauliflower, 1T peanut butter, fish oil caps
- 1 scoop whey protein, fish oil caps, probiotics
- turkey breast (guess what I roasted today!! LOL), grilled asparagus, less than a 1/4c of quinoa

Monday June 13th...

- 1L water, coffee, fish oil caps
- pancake made of egg whites, sweet potato, pineapple, chocolate whey protein
- 1L water, turkey meatloaf, grilled asparagus, fish oil caps
- 1L water, turkey breast, raw sweet peppers and zucchini, fish oil caps, coffee
- 1L water, 1 scoop chocolate whey protein, fish oil
- salmon, salad greens and spinach, tomato
SINGING!! 

Wednesday June 22nd

- 1L water, 15 minute walk, coffee
- 2 egg whites, 1/2 oz walnuts
- 1/2c non fat plain yogurt, 1/2 scoop chocolate whey, 3T ground flax
- 3.4 oz pork loin, 1c sliced fennel and peppers
- 3.4 oz steak, 1 big handful spinach, 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 c. cacao nibs
- 2 egg whites - Pre workout
PWO - 1/2 scoop vanilla whey, bcaa's, 1 L water
- 1 egg, 1c egg whites, 2 oz turkey breast, 1c brussel sprouts
